As Microsoft CRM Manager (m/f/d)
- be responsible for the planning, implementation and configuration of a new Microsoft CRM system for the US market
- ensure the smooth transfer and consolidation of data between the systems
- analyze existing business processes and advise on the optimal use of Microsoft CRM
- develop reports and dashboards and analyze data to support data-based decisions
- you will be responsible for the continuous optimization and maintenance of the CRM systems as well as training and support for users
