Cromwell Place

Architectural jewel in the midst of historic houses

The Cromwell Place ensemble in London combines historic townhouses from 1858 with a modern extension. The architects preserved the original integrity of the spaces while giving them a contemporary character. POHL supplied the metal facade for the new exhibition pavilion in the courtyard, which features a striking saw-tooth shed roof and black stainless steel elements at the entrance. Both are made of blackened stainless steel with a POHL Charcoal Matt finish.
