Tai Kwun

A monument to history and culture in the heart of Hong Kong

Tai Kwun, designed by renowned architects Herzog & de Meuron, is a newly designed public space for art and culture in Hong Kong. It is home to 16 renovated historic buildings, including the former Central Police Station, Central Magistracy and Victoria Prison. POHL's elegant aluminum interior and ceiling cladding creates a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to the cultural center. The special POHL Duranize High Gloss surface in champagne color gives the panels an extremely stylish look and contributes to the harmonious combination of tradition and modernity.
